Expert Physical Therapy & Rehab for Pickleballers

From footwork to the forehand, PT that understands court sports.

Your PT should actually understand the demands that tennis and pickleball place on you!

At Uplifted, we are athletes who love helping tennis and pickleball players. Unfortunately, injuries from the quick lateral movements, repetitive swinging, and sudden stops and starts are all too common and they usually pop up right before a big match or tournament. Don't let an injury keep you off the court. Let the fellowship-trained PTs at Uplifted help you get over your injuries before they stop you from playing your best!

We start every tennis and pickleball PT evaluation with a thorough movement assessment, looking at footwork, swing mechanics, and shoulder and elbow mobility, along with a comprehensive look at joint mobility restrictions, muscle length issues, strength deficits, and neuromuscular deficits to get down to the root cause of the issue!

Our treatment includes identifying and treating the injured tissue while also addressing the movement impairments that are driving the pain in your game. We use a combination of expert manual therapy, targeted movement retraining, and progressive strength training to get you back on the court, moving and swinging pain-free.
