We know there is a lot of time and effort that goes into training and we believe that knowledge is powerful and can help prevent injuries and improve your overall running performance. As a Run Uplifted member, you will have access to periodic educational sessions that focus on a wide variety of topics all designed to keep you moving!
Three Runs Each Week
Tuesday Evenings @ 6pm
We meet every Tuesday evening at either Tejas Meat Supply down on the Georgetown Square or at Barking Armadillo Brewery off of Williams Drive. Tuesdays are always a nice, easy 5k.
Thursday Mornings @ 5:30am
We meet every Thursday morning at the track at Southwestern University for a higher intensity interval workout. Depending on school schedules, track location may change from time to time.
Saturday Mornings @ 7am
Saturday mornings are for longer runs! We meet at 309 Coffee, just off the Georgetown Square. We offer 5k and 7 mile route options with longer options available as well.
